We’re not officially associated with ZHDC or the University of Delhi. This marketplace is our own initiative, designed to bring something new and exciting to the student community. While we’re from ZHDC, the college hasn’t endorsed or sponsored us.

2. About the Info We Share

We work hard to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, but sometimes things change quickly. If you spot anything that seems off or outdated, let us know, and we’ll look into it!

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Our vendors are responsible for their own products and shipping. If there’s an issue with your order, the best way to sort it out is to contact the vendor directly. We might offer some help with shipping logistics, but the vendor handles most of it.

4. Shipping Details

Shipping is handled by the vendors. They’re the ones packing and sending your orders. We may assist with logistics, but the vendor is in charge of ensuring your items reach you.

5. Platform Fees

Here’s the lowdown: We don’t charge you to sign up. For each sale, we take a small fee of 10%, which includes a 2.5% payment processing charge. The rest helps support our community initiatives at ZHDC.

6. Limitations of Our Liability

We’re all about providing a great experience, but we can’t cover every possible issue. If something goes wrong, like a mishap with your order or technical glitches, we’re not responsible for any resulting problems or losses.
