VENDOR FAQ's

To become a vendor, register through our Vendor Registration Page. After approval, you can start listing your products.

There are no registration or signup fees. We charge a flat 10% platform fee on sales, which includes a 2.5% payment gateway charge. Rest will be utilized to run this platform sustainably.
(We have pledged to support the Zakir Husain Delhi College community through parts of our proceeds).

After your vendor account is approved, you can log in to your dashboard and use the ‘Add Product’ feature to list your items.

Withdrawal requests can be made once an order is marked as completed and after a 3-day cooling period from the order completion date.
