Hey there! Welcome to the ZHDC Marketplace Shipping Policy. We’re here to give you the lowdown on how shipping works and make sure you know what to expect with your orders.

What You Need to Know About Shipping
General Timeline: Once you place an order on the ZHDC Marketplace, the vendor gets notified and depending on the shipping method and the delivery location, your order can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to be delivered. Read Delivery Times Section to know more
Vendor-Managed Shipping:
- Who’s in Charge: Our awesome vendors handle all the shipping for their products. They’re responsible for packaging and getting your items to you.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are set by the vendors and are added to your order total. These costs are for you to cover.
We’re Here to Help:
- Vendor Support: Although vendors manage shipping, we’re here to lend a hand if needed. If you have any issues, just let us know, and we’ll try to help out.
Tracking Your Order:
- Stay in the Loop: Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number from the vendor. Use this to follow your order’s journey.
Delivery Times:
- Timing Varies: How long it takes to get your order depends on where you are and how the vendor ships it. Vendors provide estimated delivery times on their product pages. Generally, we aim to get your product delivered to you within 7 working days if you have opted for home delivery and as for the in campus delivery, your product will be delivered within 3-5 Working Days.
International Shipping:
- For Now: We’re currently focusing on domestic shipping within India. Sorry, international shipping isn’t available at the moment.
Common Shipping Questions
How do I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, the vendor will send you a tracking number. Use this to see where your package is.
What if my order is delayed?
- If there’s a delay, reach out to the vendor directly. They’ll keep you updated and sort things out.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
- Contact the vendor right away. They’ll guide you on how to handle it and make things right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
- If you need to change your address, get in touch with the vendor as soon as possible. Address changes might not be possible if the order is already in progress or shipped.
